Wish I'd known about this sooner!
Brilliant piece of kit - easy to set up and connect to internet and easy to operate. Where I live DAB reception is sketchy at best and FM reception almost non-existent so this solves those problems with internet radio and wow, what a choice of stations! Still own a lot of CDs so this is the perfect solution. Spotify and Bluetooth streaming from smartphone is also a doodle to do. Powerful, rich sound from such a compact unit. Great build quality too. Highly recommend this piece of equipment especially if you live in an area of poor radio reception.

An excellent sounding and easy to use them nternet/Dab+/CD radio!
I have been an avid radio enthusiast for many years and really enjoy listening to stations and podcasts from all over the world. I recently decided to upgrade my Roberts radio as I found the quality on internet radio stations could be a bit hit and miss. After a deep dive into what's the current best brands and options, I stumbled upon the Majority Quadriga. Majority is a new brand to me, but after reading some impressive reviews, I decided to see if the hype was real.Well, today my shiny new internet/Dab+ radio arrived, and I couldn't be happier! The set up process was really easy and with the added bonus of a remote control (something the Roberts radio never had) it was a doddle to set up. The radio being compatible with the Undock app was really useful too, as I had used it before and it was easy to add all my favourite internet stations and podcasts. The CD player is a real bonus, as I have lots of CD's that I can now play again. And songs are easy to navigate with the remote. The sound quality is very good. I like a nice deep bass and with the built in subwoofer, this thing doesn't disappoint. I found the best overall sound was achieved by placing the unit in the corner of the room. One of the best features for me is definitely the really nice display. It's clear and bright, and I like that you can select station and song info or just gave the station logo by pressing the 🆗 on the remote.I actually ran the Majority head to head with the Roberts radio on the same stations and the Majority definitely sounded richer and filled the room better. All in all, I am over the moon with my purchase and would without hesitation recommend Majority as an excellent brand. It's also nice to see that they plant millions of trees to offset the amount of wood which they use to build the radio cabinets! 🌳👍

Great sound system.
Excellent sound and so easy to set up. Looks good too. I would say great value for money and sounds as good as the outdated DAB system we have replaced which was a very expensive brand! Internet radio is amazing, so many stations to choose from and easy to find and store on the 40 presets. And I can still play my beloved CD collection. What's not to like. I would definitely recommend this product.

Well built, good quality
This unit offers a wealth of radio stations and connectivity options. I live in a very poor reception area at the bottom of a steep valley and the internet radio gives me access to everything you could want. Cd works well too. Sounds great and choices on eq settings.Sound is very good.. but it’s not as powerful as a dedicated hi Fi. That said it’s perfect for my room & needs and won’t bother neighbours at low levels whilst maintaining quality sound. Would recommend on my experience so far and is straightforward to set up.

The best Multi-Radio-CD player unit I have owned
From plugging the system in its very, very simple to set-up following the easy to understand instructions. The sound is crisp, even at high volume. The remote control is easy to use, especially when you have downloaded the two apps and use from your phone. The unit is very compact, which will slide into a separates stack system. Functionally, I am over the moon with the system. I loaded the FM radio and it automatically found all stations. The same applied to the DAB stations. The system found far more stations than my other DAB radio. I have saved the best stations till last. The Internet radio station has surpassed my expectations and blown them out the water. I was able to select a specific genre and found over 1400 stations in that genre. This will allow me, over time, to really hone in on 40 stations that I can save in the preset stations. There are 40 preset stations for FM and 40 preset stations for DAB. So I have 120 preset stations in total. Fantastic. Last but not least the CD player plays perfect sound. There is the option to play all the music on my phone. WOW!!! I haven't checked the rest of the functions in the system, but I am sure I will be as happy as I am already. Overall, I am confident that this purchase has been very good value for money. Yes, there are cheaper options out there, but one thing I have learnt in life, you get what you pay for. If you want Top Quality You have to pay a Fair Price. Looks Beautiful and Sounds Beautiful. If you are a fan of radio stations, and happy to discover new International stations then this is the Perfect Solution that will have you discovering new stations a year from now. Your only dilemma will be which are your 40 favourite stations you want to save in the 40 presets. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you buy this unit.

I had a Sony hi-fi tuner, cd player, twin cassette deck plus two minidisc players all hooked up to some stereo speakers and they took up so much space on my shelves and I was getting fed up with them.I have an internet radio next to my bed and love it, so I had a look around amazon and spotted this unit.I have a Majority sound bar under my telly and have been very happy with it so I had no qualms about this gadget.Cassettes and minidisc are obsolete but I still like to have a CD player so this radio with cd player is perfect for me and I've been meaning to dismantle the minidisc and cassette players and get rid of them or some time.It arrived the day after I ordered it and it does not disappoint. Build quality is excellent and the sound is warm. I used the set up wizard to link it to my wifi and it only took a few seconds.Having had internet radios before, I knew how to locate the stations I want. Setting presets is different on this one but it's easy. Once you are listening to a station you want to have a preset for, you press the "fav" button, turn the dial and push it in to set it at the number you want that favourite station to be preset at.CD player works fine. The slot is at the front and the eject/insert button is below it. Easy to operate.I found using the remote to be the best way to set the bass/treble mix.I pressed the "EQ" button on the remote then selected "My EQ" and then set the bass and treble to suit my preference.I will only use this for internet radio and to play CDs.So I can't comment on anything else except to ask Majority this question, "what on earth made you think it was a good idea to put the USB slot AT THE BACK???"Overall this is a well made unit that sounds anazing and takes up much less room than the hi fi separates of old.Downside - the symbols for the operating buttons at the front are ridiculously tiny and the usb slot at the back is useless if anyone is situating this player with it's back to the wall.

A great system but I’m nervous about the CD load!
In the interests of clarity and fairness for any prospective buyers, this is my second Quadriga this year. The first, bought in January, was brilliant in all but one aspect: the drawless CD mechanism. A real problem, given I primarily wanted a space-saving all-in-one box for a recently enhanced CD collection. In a nutshell, after a few months, the 1st Quadriga was struggling to load CDs cleanly, and this seemed to confuse the hell out of the device, which then tried to spit the disc back out (but only by a few millimetres, and not enough to grab it!) or display ‘loading’, but with nothing happening. Majority, the manufacturers, were helpful in the online chat, suggesting a reboot, which initially worked but only for a day or so. They were also helpful, to be fair, in sending me a link to Amazon, who accepted the return without fuss 8 months after purchase. So far, this doesn’t read much like a 5 star review, I know! My new Quadriga is only a couple of days old but the CD load is - so far - smooth and efficient. I only hope it stays this way because, for the money, this is a brilliant piece of kit. My father-in-law, who has a fantastic Marantz hifi, was especially impressed and thought the clarity of sound was better than a much more expensive Bose system. The internet radio is great, and the whole set-up is a piece of cake. I haven’t really used it for much else but it’s intuitive and responsive, that much I do know. So, I do wholeheartedly recommend this radio, and it’s reassuringly heavy for its size, making it feel very well made. And incredibly powerful! BUT… and it’s a big one - if this CD problem recurs it will be more than bad luck, and likely a design flaw. I really love it but I won’t be back for another if I return this one!

Highly recommended.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX1) Majority Quadriga Music System2) Mains adaptor3) Remote control and batteries4) 3.5mm audio cable5) RF aerial6) Instruction GuideI have included photos and videos in this review to show certain aspects of the set-up process and operation. I can truly say the whole process was trouble free, easy, and quick. I used the WPS button on my broadband router to connect to the music system. Everything is straightforward, just follow the onscreen instructions.I was looking for an all-in-one music system which had the latest functionality: DAB+, internet radio, Spotify connect, Bluetooth, podcast player and a CD player for my extensive CD collection which has just been gathering dust for years. I didn’t want to spend a fortune, but I did want a quality product with decent ‘room filling’ sound with a rich base without any distortion at high volumes. This ticked all the boxes. It even comes with a 3-year warranty. The built-in subwoofer is powerful and located underneath the system. I enjoy listening to local and regional DAB radio stations and the controls are very easy to operate. The FM radio works well but I would only use this as a backup as the sound quality is not as good as DAB+. Spotify connect works very well with my mobile phone and the podcast player is a useful addition for all my podcast subscriptions. Of course, the Bluetooth function allows you to connect and stream from any compatible device, which I use for my Apple and Amazon music subscriptions. Additional connections include a 3.5mm AUX jack on the front for connecting say an MP3 player and RCA jack, OPTICAL IN jack, and USB port at the rear. There is an app which I would recommend you download from Google Play or Apple Store called “UNDOK” which allows you to access all the system modes from your phone. When tested it proved to work very well on my smartphone. The CD player operates smoothly, and the sound quality is equally rich, clear, and loud. However, unlike in other modes where the album name and title track are displayed, only the current date and track number is displayed. This is disappointing and perhaps Majority could, in the near future, look at providing a software update to address this.In conclusion I would highly recommend this music system to anyone who has similar requirements. Having owned a Majority soundbar for some years, I am now considering a set of PC speakers from Majority as I believe this manufacturer can be trusted to produce quality goods at very reasonable prices.
