⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Waste of Money I am extremely disappointed with this wax machine. It barely heats up the wax, even after waiting almost 3 hours. The roller heads are poorly designed, difficult to use, and make the waxing process much harder than it should be. The machine feels cheap, does not perform as advertised, and was a complete waste of money. I regret purchasing it and would not recommend it to anyone. The product is defective and does not function as advertised. I would like a refund. I am very unhappy with this purchase and wish I had never bought it.

Thanks for this one, my wife waxes her legs while watching the Real Housewife's of some city. The only thing we are missing in this now Redneck household is a cigarette and a 3-day old beer. Product works like a champ and is easy to apply and "rip" off.

The wax cartridges were new and the warmer was still new in plastic wrap. However one of the 2 bottles included was spilled. No signs of it being sealed.. the second bottle wasn’t sealed either but it did not spill because it was a creamy texture. Did i receive a used/returned package? Update: I used to wax roller to wax my forearms and face. It was quick and mess free. Only downside is the wax cools midsession and needs to be warmed again, need to order more cartridges to bipass this. Also the smaller roller doesn’t work. It’s the roller head not the wax itself.

I really liked this kit. Easy and fast to use. The pre waxing cleanser and wax remover cream are really good!

If you are a regular waxer, this is a good product to have on hand for those times you can't get to the salon. It's pretty easy to use and the quality of the wax is decent. The downside is, no matter how careful you are, some product seeps out and the container gets really sticky. The roller also seems to get a bit clogged and doesn't roll well when you are about half way through the product. And it's not a matter of the tempature, even when the wax is hot and a consistency that makes it easy to spread, the roller doesn't work as well as when the product is new/full. Overall, I would buy again.

I used to love this product and was really sad when they discontinued it. I had to start using the salon type wax, and it’s more difficult and messier. So I was excited when this made a return. But unfortunately, the refills a lot are a lot more expensive now. $13 versus eight dollars. And if you buy their bulk refill bottles that are much cheaper, they are too big to fit in the machine. I don’t even know why they bother selling them. I tried using the two tall ones, and it got cool quickly and was painful to use. So, it’s a great idea, but the execution isn’t quite there so I wouldn’t waste your money.
