Perfect with MacBook Pro M1
The built-in MacBook webcam is excellent, but when using a large external monitor for meetings I'd been using a Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000, for which the settings can only be adjusted on a PC. The default settings on a Mac are pretty grim, so after extensive research I settled on the Logitech Brio 500. A phone call to Logitech confirmed that the new LogiTune software is compatible with Apple OS, but I have to say I didn't have to tweak a thing. The picture is a revelation, as I'd hoped it would be, but the sound is also fabulous - I had no idea that the sound I'd been transmitting from my old webcam was so poor by today's standards. This webcam is superb, and unlike so many others (e.g. Razer) perfectly Mac compatible.

Not as good as Streamcam
I bought Brio500 to complement my Streamcam to have 2 angle view. Brio500 was visibly worse webcam. Looks like Streamcam has superior glass lens which makes the biggest difference. Although these are webcams from tha same company I could not match the colour. Brio500 returned. I think I either go for another Streamcam or try Facecam from Elgato. Logitech disappointed with the newer Brio500.

Would not work on M2 mac
I bought this as an update to my old Logitech camera, this was okay on my M2 MacBook Air, but it was very old and dated. I just could not get this camera to show any picture on the screen. I loaded the software and it told me a firmware update was needed, but every time I tried the update it failed, and I could find no reason for this. I am returning this and will try a different WebCam. Can't comment on the features as I couldn't see any of them. At least the returns process is simple.
