These are a very nice fitting, quality product. They do what they say in the title: only for small drips and accidents and are NOT full-incontinence pants. I would definitely recommend them and have bought multiple times.

These give genuine protection for men who need a little extra for waterwork issues. They look like normal pants which gives a bit of dignity to the wearer and comfort and protection for those embarrasing moments - a tad expensive but well with it for peace of mind. Easily washed.

These could be fantastic. They are comfortable I had a medium for a 33 inch waist they are snug but need to be to do the job they are expected to do. They look like normal brief unless you study them hard. They fit like normal briefs and they perform very well. They are soft and comfortable to ware. However they are spoilt by the cheapest nastiest triple label that is sewn into the waistband and unless you cut it out it feels like something is constantly rubbing and scraping your back. Easy enough to remedy but cost cutting taken a little too far to spoil another-wise great product

These pants are excellent and leak proof

If like me a little pee dribbles from you involuntary, Then just like me your be glad to see these pants solve it instantly, Have no fear I make this clear it happens to us all, But with these pants you will chant your see no wet patches from me, They keep you dry as the day goes by and your be worry free, Hope you like my little ditty and it puts your mind to rest, In my opinion these pants are just simply the best 👌

They work very well and they're very comfortable

Does what it says

At 71kg with 95cm waist and 102 cm hips I opted for “large” on the basis that though the thighs and hips might be on the loose side the waist would be correct. Unfortunately that was not the case. Over all they were a very snug fit but comfortable. The exception being the waist band which was more like a tourniquet. The broad and powerful waist band is so close fitting it renders it very difficult to get your thumbs behind it to complete the hoisting up process or initiate removal. The latter renders urgency accidents inevitable. I am now trying the XL, still a comfortable snug fit but at least the waist band appears to be more manageable. Update:- If urgency is your problem these make the situation worse due to the strength of the waist band. In all honesty I simply cannot recommend them. Not cheap and complete waste of money.
