I've purchased almost a dozen of these by now. They tend to rip at the top shortly after the 1-month mark and that's my only complaint. Other than having to constantly replace them on a near monthly basis, this the most comfortable mask I've ever had. I've tried so so so many masks and all of them have a trade-off between having a good seal and being comfortable. This is the only mask that has a good seal AND is comfortable at the same time. If it was only $15, I would easily give this 5 stars because it's well worth it at that price. At its current price, you're paying a premium for this for sure; but I challenge you to find a better mask. One thought on the tearing foam - I haven't tried this yet but i'm fairly confident Mole Skin adhesive would work in repairing the tear at the top which would then extend the use of this mask. The downside is you can't clean this easily, so at some point the memory foam will eventually deteriorate regardless. Still if I can make this mask last 2 or 3 months instead of 1, it's truly worth it!

Felt mask work. The seal for these mask are great.

This fits the resmed b-pap machine perfectly, tried other brands but was disappointed with the fit and comfort. Love the foam cushion liner, although it does get very dirty, it in my opinion works better for fit and comfort during sleep than the silicone lined type

Will never buy another mask from ResMed on Amazon. I have bought this same item several times before with great success but, this time. The new mask had no ridge for the hose clamp to clip onto. Contacted ResMed and they offered no solution and couldn't explain why this mask was different. Returning it to Amazon and I am sure ResMed will rip them off.

Sized a bit larger than than expected based on professional sizing. The cushion is perfect for comfortable seal. I would suggest sizing down if you have been professionally sized
