Worked great .. three times and then completely died. Rollers won’t spin and neither heat works. Didn’t even have it for a year, and only used it three times. Very disappointing.

It's been a hit everyone we use it! Super easy, easy to clean, heats well, good temperature control, heats up quickly and good value for the money. It is SUPER heavy and awkward to carry though.

Works great! Only one thing to keep in mind and that is if you leave buns on top, they will cook and get hard after a while so, don't leave them up there to long.

I purchased this for use on a hot dog cart. I can’t use it because it is not ANSI or NSF certified, which is required to pass the county health inspection. Build quality looks great, but the county doesn’t care about looks. Check your local laws if you plan on using it for comercial use. I should have checked before I ordered.

I run the concession stand for our high school boy's basketball team. The boosters bought this to replace the old one that had seen better days. Thankfully, my husband helped unbox and assemble it about an hour before a game. The hot dogs cooked a lot quicker, so it didn't take as long to get things ready. I like that the front rollers can be at a different temperature than the back. I put the back rollers on a higher temp and once they're starting to brown, move them to the front to stay warm at a lower temp. The bun warmer on top is a great idea, but if they're on too long, the buns will dry out. I wipe the rollers while they're still turning for easy cleanup. Most of our games are at 6:00, so hot dogs are a dinner favorite with the fans!
