Nice exercise bands
I wanted light weight and they are. They work well with the Jack LaLanne exercises that call for an exercise band, either wrapped around door knobs (which create the resistance) or putting the band underneath a heel for side bends.

Bought this rope for exercise in the winter at a senior citizen center. Worked perfectly. I have my own equipment and don’t have to worry about touching other equipment. That’s not sanitized well.. The color is true to picture. The rope is well quality. It looks very well connected to the handles and works as expected..

Just what I needed. Am doing PT for rotator cuff. Have to do home exercise. This fits easily in door hinge and is perfect tension. Just simple and effective. Seems sturdy too.
