My 86 year old mom loves it and I bought 8 so far and put them on all her friends canes as gifts!

How does it adjust so spikes are out? Up top or turn it over?

The spikes are facing up along the cane until the user flips them down under the tip. It’s extremely easy. I showed my mom once and she could do it with no problem.
