The size of the bag is excellent—large enough to hold everything I need for the day without being bulky or difficult to carry. It fits my meals, snacks, drinks, and ice packs comfortably, making it great for work, school, or long days away from home.The containers are also a really nice size. They portion meals well and help keep everything organized. I’ve used them regularly for meal prepping, and they fit perfectly inside the lunch bag without wasting space. The lids seal securely, and I haven’t had any major issues with leaks.The included ice packs do a decent job of keeping food cold. They stay cold for several hours and are fine for a typical commute or shorter workday. However, in my experience, they don’t stay cold much beyond five hours, especially if the bag is opened throughout the day. I like how it's becasue of the price and size for work I am there for 10 hrs. so I need space for stuff for the entire day since I don't do the 3 heavy meals a day I eat quick meals through out. and this system keeps everything everything orgnized. it also comes with a freezer pack to keep your stuff cold. there is a side slot for your shaker cup I put my large coffe craffe in there and it holds it firmly in place no worries about it falling out. I have only had this bag for 2 weeks so can't speak on how long it will last but it feels like a well constructed bag.
