iDaPro Screen Protector for Garmin Forerunner 955/955 Solar, 9H Glass

I use screen protectors on all my devices: tablets, phones and watches. These watch glass protectors are straightforward to fit and good quality. There is a little light refection which does have a minor affect on readability with the MIPs display, but this is to be expected and not uncommon. I find that as the glass picks up micro-scratches this actually helps remove the reflection. The glass sits a little over the bezel, but not by much, it's hardly noticeable. Before starting to apply the screen protector make sure both the watch and glass are at room temperature. Clean the watch glass with the included degreaser and dry with the dry cloth. attach the small sucker to the glass and practice locating on the watch, check the screen is free of any of fluff, hair, grease etc - then remove the film from the screen protector and apply. I always try to fit a protector just before bed time so that the protector has time fix tight to the glass without being disturbed.

Product arrived next day, as advertised. The screen protector is easy to fit, and comes with a handy sucker to help mounting. No air bubbles at all after a thorough cleaning of the screen. The best thing I loved about this screen protector is that the adhesive isn't too strong meaning I was able to apply pressure to the protector and slide it very slightly to get a perfect fit on the screen. The thickness does mean it sits slightly higher than the bezel meaning it might be more prone to scratching, but for the price and the fact you get 4 protectors in a pack means it can easily be swapped out when needed. At the end of the day, it's designed to pick up scratches that would otherwise damage your watch. Very happy with the purchase and it doesn't detract from the look of the watch

These screen protectors were a great purchase for my Garmin. They are easy to apply with no bubbles and fit the screen perfectly. The touch sensitivity is just as good as without one, and the display still looks clear and sharp. I have already bumped the watch a few times and the protector has taken the hit without any scratches on the screen underneath. It gives me peace of mind when I am out running or at the gym. Having four in the pack is a bonus and makes it great value. Definitely worth it if you want to keep your Garmin screen safe.

Decent but if they rounded the edges they could last way longer. Because the 955 doesn't have much of a bezel the protector stands half a mil or so above it, making the top edge vulnerable to chipping from the side. Mine soon picked up chips on the outer and front edges (12 and 3 o'clock) which could well have been avoided with a rounded profile. One of the chips sent a fine crack across the face so who knows how much this has weakened the overall protection now. Rounding the top would be more expensive to manufacture and yes the very edge might lose a small amount of strength against top down impacts but I'd be happy to pay for greater durability against everyday wear and tear.

As expected, good quality and easy to apply.

This screen protector fits my FR955 perfectly, and was super easy to apply thanks to the little suction cup included in the kit. Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference! Quality seems good, touch screen is fully responsive and beautifully clear with the protector on.

Fits perfectly, the little charging cover is nice feature, all works as expected, good value for money and worth purchasing if it fits

Easy to install but by the next day it had already begun to gather dust around the edges of the glass. Disappointing.

Very good fit and the port protector is a nice addition. The glass is fingerprint smudge rejecting, though produces some additional glare on the screen. Still much better than the glass protector I was able to purchase from my local store. Great value!
