I’m really impressed with this AirPods 3 case! It’s substantial and feels strong and well-made, not flimsy like some cases. I especially love that the lid has a clasp that keeps it securely shut, so I don’t have to worry about it accidentally coming open. It also charges perfectly on my MagSafe charger. Great protection, great quality, and exactly what I was looking for!

My AirPods 4 fit perfectly; the locking mechanism is well-made and keeps the lid closed, which is why I lost my last pair of AirPods. I have a Qi2 MagSafe charger, and they charge through the case, and the USB-C cutout for a cable has plenty of room. IMPORTANT! Never buy a case without a lock for the lid. Apple should have thought about this; well, maybe they did, and they have sold millions more. LOOK-AND-FEEL is good. FYI, I bought a pair of JPL earbuds and use those when I am at busy places in public and have my iPad out and writing. You can get bumped, eat a meal, and they won't fall out; they sound great, and at less than $35.00, you won't miss them like you will if you lose an Apple EarBud.

I always know , if they’re not in my ears, earbuds are safely in case , wonderful , custom fit, and all my Apple devices recognize when I open lid and take earbuds out. Amazing! Light on outside of case lets me know earbuds are out of charge, charging and once charged completely. I truly cannot imagine having earbuds, and not protecting my investment. So far so great. I haven’t had to use the tools, but I have dropped them quite a few times and they remain dry but unharmed. When dropped multiple times from not higher than 4 feet. So far.The color is great. Nice and solid.Not five stars because I can see where it could be mood eater resistant.It has that nice sturdy place you can hook a lanyard or clip too easily. I think it’s a nice sleek design and slim to carry. Easy to grab for sure. I hooked it into a lanyard, making it even easier for me to find and grab as well.

I haven’t really experimented with many AirPod cases but this one is solid. I work outdoors and drop my AirPods quite a bit. But the material on this case seems to be strong from the one time I’ve dropped so far. It a tad bulky - bulkier than the spigen (carbon fiber looking) case I had on my 1st gens. If you want it for sleekness I’m sure they make much sleeker cases but the environment I use my pods in is outside & sometimes at heights so it suites my needs. They’re still okay to throw in your pocket too though. All in all it’s a solid case with good materials for the price. & I really like the latch on the side for keeping them shut. It makes a nice click sound when closing them. Then once closed you don’t have to worry about them opening. It takes a little getting use to if you haven’t had a latch before but I think it’s a nice touch. Overall I like the case. It’s what I expected from the photos. Also you have to place the adhesive for the upper piece. It comes with 2 pieces of adhesive which I didn’t notice until I had already put the top on mine. It works fine with the 1 but maybe the other is for either an extra or for just extra adhesion. Either way I’m just a regular guy that does regular things and I like them for work. Tough, bulkier case for protection for at work but a sleek enough design and look that looks good when not at work.** Update 5/26/24 - been having issues with the top coming off. The sticky piece runs along the top of the top piece but it has molded itself to the AirPods and has became not as sticky anymore. They’ve been used everyday and put through the wringer so it just might be time to get a new set.

Hands down, this is the best case I ever had. Solid, secured and stylish. I’ve many AirPods and tried different cases. I had a similar case for the AirPods Pro 2 that worked perfectly, kept the AirPods safe in case of a fall. Once this one was available for AirPods Pro 3 I jumped on it and replaced the case I had from a different company that was supposed to stay locked in case of a drop but would open at a slight bump while in the pocketThis one secures your AirPods with the latching mechanism on the side and will not open. Regardless of what height it is being dropped.Again, I love this case !! Gives me piece of mind that my AirPods are secured.
