Bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it. Uses the app with the scale and it gives him all the stats he needs. It's a great supplemental tool to help him determine what he needs to work on during his workout sessions. The app also offers a paid subscription for premium content. However the free content is sufficient for him. The scale is accurate and app is easy to use. Good quality product that is easy to use.

By far and away the best health tool in the arsenal besides having a health band. Over lifetime I've had plenty of different scales that claim to do different things but this scale offers more useful health information about yourself at this price point then any other comparison. It doesn't matter if you're trying to gain muscle or try to lose fat, or if you want to keep track of how hydrated you are, or any type of metabolic in between. This scale does it without overreaching. The fact that it's Bluetooth connected makes your privacy even more secure. Set up through the renfro health app was absolutely easy. And what's great about the scale is that you don't necessarily have to link it up to the app in order to check your weight. You do need it connected to your app in order to get all of the extended biometric information that it reads. The scale and the information that it provides is so impressive that both of my sisters in two different states went out and purchased it the very next day. With the information that I receive directly from the scale, I have been able to modify my workouts as well as my nutrition in order to quickly and immediately pivot into the direction that has created immediate success in weight loss, both subcutaneous and visceral fat reduction, as well as increasing the proteins and water hydration within my body. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks directly related to having the information that the scale provides and modifying what was needed in order to actually see results and not be fumbling wondering if cardio or weightlifting or high protein or low protein diets were actually doing what with my body. It has been well over two years since we bought this scale. It works flawlessly and we have only had to put it out on the deck for charging a few times. The battery, the main reason we bought it charges quickly and lasts a long time. The scale is also very accurate! If your looking for a scale that you don't have to change the battery on all the time you will love this one!

So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad. Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

It's Renpho need I say more, I wish I could have all their products. If you are on a weightloss journey this is a great tool to use during the process.

I love this scale! Weight seems accurate and it looks nice. Runs on solar power so no batteries needed. Very convenient and would recommend!

I’ve been on my fitness journey for about a year and a half now, and I used to keep track of my metrics, when I used to see a personal trainer, but I haven’t since I stopped seeing them. I missed being able to track my progress and see if my efforts in the gym were doing anything, so I decided to get this scale, as well as the tape measure from Renpho! The scale came nicely packaged with a user manual and instructions on how the solar power works. I decided to get the model with solar power because a lot of other buyers said the battery-powered version drains too quickly. It was super easy to download and sign up for the app, as well as pair the scale to it. As you can see in my screenshot, there’s a ton of different metrics to look at, allowing you to get a better gauge of where you’re currently at. I really wanted to get a scale that didn’t show just weight because there’s a lot of other factors that come into play. The app has a nice interface and is easy to navigate, and I like that they give you descriptions of what each metric means and where you should be at, as well as the ability to set goals for weight and body fat %. I was also able to add my roommate and create an account for her, so she can also use the scale and keep track of her progress, but keep it separate from mine!

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.

I bought te solar one and received it immediately the next day! Very fast shipping and it works great! I did had some struggles in the beginning. Try standing on it with bare feet if it doesn't work (when no measurement for the other things seems to work). It only worked with bare feet for me.

I just received the RENPHO Scale for Body Weight, Battery-Free Solar Power. The scale is smaller to other scales on dimension, so it needs really small place compared to other scales. It is solar so no need to buy batteries or to charges them! As soon I took it off the parcel I could weigh myself straight away. The weight gives me 1 kg less than the old one, but I think that the Renpho scale is more accurate as with the old scale I was always heavier than the GP's or dietetician'one. The app is really good and complete as it measures the BMI, body fat, skeletal muscle, fat-free mass, subcatenous mass, visceral mass, body water, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, metabolic age. That is not all as you can also add more indicators like neck, shoulder, chest measurements, etc.; the app give you also the opportunity to set a goal. You can connect your Renpho smart ring, blood pressure monitor, tape measure or nutritional scale to the app. and have all your data under 1 only app. You can also add your calories intake, your calories consumed (total), and your blood pressure. You can personalise the app. by adding your weight, measurements and picture. You can also be part of a forum, that is really great. I would say that this scale is fantastic!
