Stinky buckles
Was wondering why these came double bagged and when I opened them I realized why. These buckles stink like child laborer tears but they are decent quality still. Would recommend opening outside and letting them air out for a bit.

These worked fine in the halloween costume that I built with them.

Not difficult to open
These buckles are your typical plastic buckles you would find on lanyards that have a separate section, that allows you to release your badge without taking off the lanyard. We are making lanyards for our upcoming cruise. It’s handy to have one of these break away buckles so you don’t have to hand your entire lanyard to the bar tender or waiter. It’s easy to open and doesn’t feel like it will fall apart. When you release the buckle, the other side tends to pop out and fly across the room if you have nothing attached to it. I can speak from experience. :) So you should not have any issues with it releasing when you need it to. I would buy again if I had a need for them in the future. If I run into any problems using them on my next cruise, I will update the review.
