Nice product. Operation is also very easy. Heat quickly and iron clothes perfectly.

Iron's build quality is good, and it perform its job very well. Water tank is large enough to iron 10-12 clothes in one go. Water selection knob functioning is confusing and leads to water leakage.

I don’t know if this is a counterfeit product or the quality has degraded so much over the years. Purchased end of July and with very light use, it has stopped working in under 5 months. We have had Morphy Richard steam irons for decades and they always lasted 5-6 years with moderate use but were always purchased locally. This one from amazon also had a very rough ironing surface. Good, efficient, fast heating steam iron for people who want lower wattage. I had purchased an identical piece earlier, but within 3 years the white plastic on handle and sides crumbled like a biscuit making the iron impossible to use.
