Fernco 1056-075 3/4-in. Flexible PVC Condensate Pipe Coupling for Plastic Plumbing Connections in White

Bought this when I needed to clean out the line from my attic ac unit. I cut he line easily and was able to clean it out. The important part of the process was sealing it to make sure no water would come out. This connector was perfect and sealed easily. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is sturdy and I have no doubt that it will stay for years to come. Also I would like to add that it also is smart to have in case the drainage needs to be cleaned again.

This was what I needed for my purposes, and it worked well. You pay for the rarity and convenience of home delivery. Otherwise, it could be a fruitless search in many hardware stores.

So I bought these more than once. They take two 3/4" pipes and connect them together in a way that allows you to take them apart again. Just like the less-than-a-dollar threaded fittings. But as I noted before these are WAY more expensive. More expensive = more better, right? Four stars because they do what they are supposed to do. Not five stars because they are WAY more expensive than a short piece of hose and two clamps should be.

Used between old and new sections of piping that were misaligned, to avoid forcing things and creating stress in the piping. This fit perfectly over 3/4” sch 40 PVC and tightened easily with no leaks. Feels like a quality part as well - hefty but reasonably flexible. Got the job done.

Use for air conditioning drainage, works great!
