Seat Back Cover Liner Universal Trunk Cargo Backrest Mat DIY

Could not find this type of 2nd row seat protection that was custom fit for an older vehicle, so we ordered this one even though Amazon says it does not fit the vehicle. Despite Amazon's warning, it works perfectly for a 2004 Ford Explorer with carpeted seat backs/cargo area and an odd 3-section folding 2nd row of seats (not a 60-40 split bench, very close to a 33-33-33 split). Had enough large velcro dots to secure all three sections adequately. Adhesion was very good. Velcro dots are designed to work with the common carpet style seat backs. I think carpeting in cars is a terrible choice, particularly for SUVs, but it seems to be the default. Clearly the velcro is not designed for and will not work if you have leather or utility twill material seat backs, it needs to stick to something fuzzy like carpet because that's how velcro works. We found you get a cleaner cut using scissors, but the little utility knife they send is a bit easier if you want to line it up on the seat and sort of trace cut. You won't get a custom laser-cut look or exact 100% coverage, but it offers good, functional protection for my son's adventure rig that is going to see a lot of dust, dirt, mud, snow, and gear being tossed in with little regard for the vehicle. Took us about 30 minutes to cut and install all 3 pieces, we went for a B+ effort level and didn't try to create a pattern and get an absolutely perfect fit (law of diminishing returns). I like the quality of the product, easy wipe clean material. Adhesion has held up fine even with the vehicle sitting outside in intense western sun. Shipping/packaging was excellent. Product arrived quickly in perfect shape. Good value.

quality material and easy to cut to our specific dimensions to protect the rear carpeted seatbacks from our dog and when we need to fold down the seats to haul larger cargo. Only gripe is the velcro provided was no enough and I'll need to make a quick run to the hardware store to get more velcro to hold it securely to the seatback. Not a big deal. These should work well for us and I'm happy.

Very good. Thank you

Was so excited for this product to work. Got it all cut. Exactly as I wanted. Fit perfectly. Then I attached the velcro. It won’t stick to the carpet in my car. Hopefully I can find another way to make them stick. Otherwise it was an expensive piece of trash.

Upon receiving the product, the first thing I’ve noticed was that the adhesive of Velcro that they provide subsequently while they seem plentiful actually or not when you finally get down to understanding the amount you need this product of providing the extra few that you might need for certain situations Like 6040 splits. But what adds insult to injury is that this manufacturer doesn’t realize that some vehicle backings are simply designed from such a material that Velcro that they supply you with doesn’t work on essentially navigating the use of this entire product altogether, if the product cannot stick to the rear passenger seats , then the Velcro material becomes useless and the product itself becomes also useless upon contacting the manufacturer. They quickly asked for pictures and video and responded efficiently and issued a full refund, so be careful and ensure that your purchasing his product to make sure that things properly fit and also attach.

This was a simple installation if you watch the video first. I didn't do that when I tried to install the smaller section as I have 60/40 seats. Smaller piece looked good but I went back to reading the direictions and then saw the video. The large piece was done in 15 minutes. My back seat looks great and matches the dealer cargo mat. The silver erasable pen really helped alot. I believe you have better success using scissors, then use their blade for details. I do wish it had a few more velcro pads. I don't understand why some people complain it doesn't fit. If it's too smal just return it. Judging from the looks. I think it would fit my Honda Passport if I still had it. Anyway really like the look, ease of installation, price, and quality,

In search of a solution for my 2013 Pathfinder's seldom-used third row, I was on the lookout for a foldable mat that could seamlessly cover both the trunk and the back of the third row seats. The quest was driven by a desire to minimize the constant vacuuming required to tackle the inevitable dust and dirt.My search led me to the TripleAliners Universal Fit Trunk Cargo Liner, a product that stood out for its thoughtful design. The inclusion of a Velcro sticker pad is a stroke of genius, ensuring the mat stays in place on the back of the seats while also allowing for quick and easy removal. The ability to customize the fit by trimming the mat is a welcome feature, offering a tailored look for my vehicle. The true value of this mat lies in its functionality; it provides comprehensive coverage to keep the back area pristine, free from dirt and dust. Moreover, its design doesn't interfere with the operation of the seats, whether they're up or down. This level of convenience and cleanliness is exactly what I needed.

I debated on using these for the seat backs where my kids step on the seats to get to the third row, or going with a lot cheaper floor mat that would also fit and buying velcro separately to adhere to the floor mats. I went with this product, as I figured it was meant for the seat backs. I couldn't ask for anything better for the material itself. It is sturdy enough that it should last a long time, rigid enough that it won't flop down when the seats are upright nor move around when stepped on, and grippy enough that you won't slip when stepping on it. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a similar use case. However, despite the listing saying it fits the 2021 Yukon XL, there is NOT enough material to fit the backs of the seats. You can fully cover one seat back, but not all three. It comes with a large piece for one seat, but two smaller pieces stuck together that don't fully cover the other two seats, as it leaves a few inches on either side. If they came with three of the larger sections of material it would make it cover all three.Update 7/21/23:The company that sells this really stands behind their product and made it right. If you are on the fence, rest assured that if there is an issue, they are there to help and will work with you on a reasonable resolution.

Not sure why this isn’t rated higher. Was easy. It works!!

Excelente calidad, lo ajuste para mi peugeot rifter y me funciono al 1000

Heated the bottom portion to contour seat back, holds in place well. Keeps dog hair from collecting on back of seats and protects from damage. Highly recommend

Installed onto my Jeeps rear seats to protect from cargo. They give a number of velcro stickers to place on the mats but they don't stay really well.
