Interesting History
Very well made trilogy, the sea battles of 1500s are crazy stuff.Told obviously from Korean perspective, the winners, and thus so does the written history of the movies.Good drama and tactical awareness.

I was staggered at this historical account.
This is a story about a sea battle between Japan and Korea around 1595. I was amazed at the battleships used in this war. On some of them, there were 4 decks with cannon ports every 20 feet. They were also designed for ramming other ships and repelling boarders. Some of them were ironclads.

Another Amazing bit of Korean history
Don't bother waiting to watch this one before getting The Adimiral, they are both great and go together very well, and Han San chronologically comes first. Both have fantastic acting and incredibly high production values.
