A: I can't provide you that answer,  but what I can tell you is the lock did get cut within 48 hours of use and all our belongings in the storage area got stolen.  So if a person has the right tool, it can get cut, relatively easily.

**Q: Question with Step 2 on how to set new combination lock, "... then keep it locked." But picture shows unlocked?**
A: Glider to open and close Lock

A: CHINA but good quality and easy to read the number and numbers are easy to set as well.
