Will this glue hold pre-painted fake nails? And do you need to cure it?

Yes, the glue will hold without any curing needed.

Do glues dry in bottle once open

Not it does not. I still have the bottle from my original purchase and it is still in good condition and it does not dry up on the rim of the cap either. Good quality! One drop goes a long way.

Can I use this for a full cover tip?

I have used this glue for full nails, tips, repairs to natural nails. A wonderful versatile product. Lasts longer than any other I have used for everything.

Which is best ? makarrt this or nyk1?

I don’t have a problem with either of these as far as quality; but I do have a gripe when I received my Young Nails glue on Amazon and it was half full. I then started buying my glue from YN ‘s website and it was packaged correctly with no problems. Makarrt has good glue too. You can’t go wrong with either brand; although YN is more expensive.
