Handle is made of plastic. Silver colour paint is applied on the plastic handle. As per the description, handle is made of Aluminium alloy. This is either a false information given by the manufacturer or I got a fake product by the seller.

Hands are big for hand may be suits for big hand person … sharp enough to cut chicken… over all good 👍🏼
