What are the dimensions?

9"×6" It will hold a 2 liters. Think of when you buy a 2 liter soda, that's what it will hold and not much more. You can look into buying bigger barrel's and they will hold more. These are meant to sit on a counter or outside and not take up a lot of space.

Is it possible to recieve the item in 14 days?

I recieved mine in 2 or 3 days.

Can you put whisky in this barrel and does it cone with the stand?

Yes and yes. It actually makes any spirit better in a few weeks to a month. And all barrels come with a stand. I own several barrels all different sizes, and from multiple vendors. Sophia's findings and Deep South barrels are the best vendors I've experienced.

The 2LT one is small, around 9"X6". Just think of a 2 Lt soda, that's what it will hold.
