Duracell 70464 - AA Cell Batteries (16 pack) (MN1500B16)

I ordered this sixteen pack of AA Duracell batteries, despite only needing two, in the knowledge that being Duracell they would have a good long shelf life and I'm bound to need them again for other gadgets. I've always bought Duracell and have never been disappointed. Maybe I spend a bit more than some of the cheap imports, but I have never had a bad one and never been let down.

The batteries were corroded upon arrival. Can't use it at all.

Love these batteries, last longer than Energizer in my opinion. but I will see. I always like to have a stash on hand so it will be awhile till I use them.

I hardly ever write reviews so it feels a little funny to be writing one for batteries of all things. We have an Airbnb that has a smart lock that uses four AA batteries, for the past year I have been buying cheaper batteries and I blamed the low battery life on the lock thinking we had to replace this expensive lock. It’s caused us some problems as it has died so quickly and at random times, which is not a good feeling as a Airbnb host (I was replacing them once a week). As a last ditch effort, I got these batteries instead, and it is going three months strong with three of four bars left. Safe to say Duracell actually will save me money in the long run instead of constantly buying off brand and gives us a lot of peace of mind when we are out of town and not able to easily change them!!
