Is the projector really worth the price?

POCOCO features 5K resolution discs and a 2M high-clarity lens, while other brands are generally 0-1M. This ensures crisp, lifelike projections with superior stability.

What if I experience issues like charging problems or blurry edges?

While we uphold strict quality control, occasional issues may arise due to manufacturing and transit. What sets POCOCO apart is our dedicated customer care team—we’re always ready to help and ensure you get the best experience possible.

Lightness is too dark ?

POCOCO is designed for relaxation, sleep aid, and stress relief. Overly bright projections may cause eye fatigue or sleep disruption, so we optimize brightness for comfort. For best results, use in a fully dark room.

Product shows signs of use and does not look brand new?

All POCOCO products are stored and shipped by Amazon. In rare cases, returned items may be mistakenly resold. If you receive an item that doesn't meet expectations, just reach out to us, we’ll gladly arrange a brand-new replacement.

Where can I find additional discs for my POCOCO projector?

Search "POCOCO discs" on Amazon. Note: For optimal clarity and safety, POCOCO projectors are only compatible with genuine POCOCO discs.
