Food groups and portion control.
My wife was recently diagnosed with diabetes. These plates are doing great at teaching portion control and the amount of food in each of the three food groups. A definite help!

Why didn't I find these plates sooner!?! I used one last night and it definitely helped me with portions - in a good way! I was full but not to the point of bloating. The colors helped me as a reminder that I ate my portions and that's the goal!
