I see potential issues with the fittings and the steel feels a little chinsey but it's helped me fix my ATV frame, level my 2000lbd toolbox all by my onesies. Straighten out the front end of a Mazda so paid for itself there already.

The item arrived on time pick it up then I heard rattling and metal hitting each other i opened the case and parts holders inside was cracked all up real thin plastic holding heavy metal like that.they need a thicker case

The kit I received had a pump that didn’t work at all. The pump would not build any pressure therefore the entire kit was unusable. I actually took the time to go through first the manufacturer’s setup instructions then the manufacturers troubleshooting guide. I followed it step by step to ensure there was nothing I was missing but ultimately nothing worked and I have come to the conclusion I received a faulty pump. Probably a bad internal seal if I had to guess. I understand manufacturing defects can occur and i do believe the product I was shipped had some type of defect. I don’t necessarily think this company is just sending every single person a pump that won’t work. Therefore I’m not able fully judge how a properly manufactured unit would preform. However the main reason for my one star review is not because I simply received a faulty product which was extremely disappointing and resulted in a major inconvenience for me. But my one star review reflects my experience trying to exchange/refund this item. My intended use for this product was to utilize on a very high priority project that was needed to be completed immediately therefore I was unable to wait for a new kit to be sent to me. No big deal I understand shipping takes times and I can’t expect a new kit to magically show up immediately so in order to complete the project I had to go to a store in person and buy a functioning kit manufactured by a different company. Again no big deal even tho it was a major inconvenience I could have gotten over it if this company and Amazon had any respect for there customers at all and issued me a refund promptly. But no they did not. I am currently waiting for this broken kit to be shipped to an Amazon return facility where I will have to wait for someone to inspect it then accept my request for a refund then wait another 7 days to actually receive the money. This is the most ridiculous customer service ever. Not only did I receive broken merchandise I am now not going to receive a refund for up to 6 weeks past the date I first received the product realized it was broken and initiated a refund. So buyer beware. If you happen to receive a broken pump and are unable to utilize this kit for any reason you will not receive your money back anytime soon. These kits are not cheap $171.57 after tax that’s not a small amount of money. That is a week of groceries for some households. It is ridiculous this process is dragged out so unreasonably long. I suggest everyone avoid this product to eliminate the risk of receiving faulty merchandise and having to wait over a month for a refund.

I use this frame repair kit on a frame repair that needs to be done on my car and it works great especially if you know how to work it. It’s very simple and easy how to work and it’s really accurate. I’m very happy please with my item. Thank you, Amazon.

The ram did a great job on the dents to my truck. But using it you really need someone with you. The unit is heavy and positioning it is hard but the result is great. Truck looks like it has no dent now. Need some minor hammer and dolly work and paint.
