This leg elevation pillow was indispensable for my recovery after knee surgery. It's a huge improvement over using regular pillows. Stability: It holds its shape perfectly. Unlike a pile of pillows that can shift or flatten, this provided consistent, stable elevation all through the night. Ease of Use: It completely eliminates the guesswork of trying to get your leg to the right height. Comfort: The memory foam is comfortable enough that I could sleep with my leg on it without any issues. Effective for R.I.C.E.: This was a crucial tool for the "Elevation" part of the R.I.C.E. recovery protocol. For anyone facing a similar surgery, I can't recommend this product enough. It simplifies recovery and does its job perfectly.

Probably the best post-surgery investment I made. 3 different elevation options, very secure velcro tabs, very soft yet durable fabric, quick-dry (ice pack leaked), super convenient handles for pulling closer while laying down, underside does not slide around while in bed. The scoop-shape kept my leg secure, it stayed put while sleeping and while thrashing around coming out of nerve-block. Hands-down, a really great design that's helped me recover more comfortably. Highly recommend for lower-leg injury/surgery recovery process.

I’ve been using this for over a week, pre-op for an ankle fracture. It is tremendously better than trying to prop the leg up with pillows. The cover is super soft and the foam firm with just enough give to be very comfortable. The curved top helps nestle and support my leg in the right position. Throughout the night, I need to be able to reposition from higher propping to lower and it’s so easy with this product. It’s lightweight so it’s easy for me to put it under my leg and remove it without help from anyone. The Velcro attachments for the extra lift pad are also easy to detach from. The extra narrow pillow is great right under my knee to help me relieve pressure behind my leg caused by the cast. I highly recommend this product.

Well made and adjustable heights. Worked perfect for my recovery. Cover is velvety soft and zips off to wash in machine. And doubled as a cat bed when not in use! Very nice to have if you need your leg elevated.

I’ve been using leg elevation support pillows for a few days now, and I have to say, they have the perfect combination of softness and support. The moment I rest my legs on the pillow, I feel an immediate sense of relief. I especially appreciate the way the pillow maintains its shape without collapsing, giving me consistent comfort. Overall, this pillow has been a great addition to my recovery routine, offering exactly the right balance of comfort and support.

After reading the reviews, I thought this would be the solution for elevating after an ankle injury. I thought wrong. The product seems well-designed: the adjustable height is a nice touch, and the firmness seems appropriate (after you let it inflate: give it 24 hours to do that like the label says). HOWEVER, those with Ehlers Danlos who are looking to keep a floppy limb from flopping around should look elsewhere. Try as I might, I couldn't get my hyperflexible ankle in a comfortable position in this. That means no support for me. Those without hypermobility will likely get use from this.

Elevating my leg & icing kept my "discomfort" minimal after bunion surgery. This product is remarkably well designed and IMO a great value for the money. Big, but needs to be to avoid knee strain when elevating your lower leg. Scooped out "trough" at the top cradled my casted leg so it did not slide off accidently while sleeping or in a recliner. Multi-layers held together by fabric-covered velcro enabled me to stack high & really elevate my leg. Best value-for-the-money I spent of all the equipment I purchased pre-surgery. And the cover is washable. Great product.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was somewhat reluctant to purchase this wedged pillow set for my knee replacement surgery but, I knew I would need some way to elevate my leg during recovery and rehab. This was not purchased before my surgery so, I tried stacking pillows while in my recliner and that just didn't work, they kept sliding off. There were many options out there and most had the same negative comments so, I chose this one for it's multiple configurations. The pillow came in a very tightly compressed tube shape. Once the vacuum packaging was removed, the pillow sprang into almost its full shape and after 24 hours, was exactly as described. I set the pillow up on my recliner for it's first use and I couldn't ask for anything more from this pillow. It was perfect for elevating leg and very comfortable. The pillow never moved around or tried to slide off my chair and provided comfortable support. I'm not sure what happened with all the negative reviews but, I can only say positive things about this pillow. I would have no problem recommending this pillow to anyone having knee replacement surgery.

I bought this in preparation for my daughter’s foot surgery and I’m so glad I did. My order arrived quickly and in time for her surgery. The elevated pillow helped with easing her pain in the few days post procedure. The height of the pillow enabled for easier wound after care and she was able to sleep better as her leg stayed in the grooved shape of the pillow. The only recommendation I would make to the pillow is to improve the extra padding strip that can be added in the groove as it didn’t really do much laying flat…I rolled it into a ball and placed it near her ankle to give even more height. I hesitated buying as it seemed a bit pricey for the short period of time she would need to use it but it was one of the best purchases we made to help with her recovery. Highly recommend.

This product looks nothing like what’s pictured. Looks cheap and the “velvet” is baggy off the “memory foam” Does not have 4 individual layers to have different heights, only has 2 layers and a little loose cushion that you can double up, which I assume, is the only way it could count as a 4 layered elevated cushion. The sellers return policy is postage returned back to the USA, which in normal circumstances, the buyer has to pay for. I can’t return in this circumstance as I’m bed bound after surgery and won’t be able to get out until well after the returnable period.

Purchased for Morton’s Neuroma op recovery and it is better than I expected. It’s just the right amount of firmness and I love that I can adjust the height. The little movable foam strip to add extra support to foot (so it doesn’t flop off the side and cause pain) is genius. Highly recommend - way better and safer than using stacked pillows.
