Whilst I like the idea of this method of portion control and saving excess foods, unfortunately these trays were to big for my microwave oven and the foods have to be placed on a plate. Check your oven size before purchase.

It’s very good for portioning out dinner and lunches and also very easy for freezing and storing. Easy clean can go in dishwasher and microwave

These where far to big as a whole to prep more then one meal for my fridge and freezer and I also thought the meal section was to small especially the bigger one of the 3. Sent them back amazon was great no problem with sending them back received them in the evening sent them back the next morning though evei at my local shop, amazon had received them back by lunch time money back in my bank by the evening. Great service. I don't know about leak proof in these as I saw the portion size of the main part of the 3 and it wasn't big enough for us needed a bit deeper ones. That's just for us though where not body building just wanted them for work for long shifts. The actual container as a whole would of been to big for my work bag to . Went shopping the next day got 2 clip sided lunch boxes for £1.25 which are perfect, size great for portion size, my work bag and they don't leak so win win in the end. Amazon for there great service and I found what I needed the same day I sent them back. Happy day's

Bought to help with meal prep for my mum, first few times ok but then even hand washing them they cracked so not so long lasting.

Bought these so I could prep my work food for the week. Good portion sizes and very easy to stack etc. only downfall is the lid is a little difficult to take off at times. Other than that it’s good
