Plate Stuck
Been using it for few months. It's having issue now. The plate gets stuck everytime we press. The plat is stuck and not going up and it's giving us weird sound like the plate is trying to come up.

It’s difficult to use in UAE
It need to buy volt converter to work in UAE , then it not work good. As i face many Errors ( code E1 ) Wast of money

UPDATE: IT BROKE Best Heat Press Ever, Could Not Be More Impressed!
UPDATE: Loved it at first but then it broken. The up/down motion of the press stopped working, so while it would still heat up, the press would not close or come in contact with the base, rendering it useless. Attempts to reach the seller received no response. Broke outside of return date but still under warranty but the seller is unreachable. I absolutely love this heat press! So much better than the conventional design. Easy in and out with the ironing board, no more big heavy clunker press handles, a timer that does the work for you. Fits thick items in easily. So many safety features, auto off, cool touch ironing board, fewer potential burned fingers, scorched products, or forgot to turn off. I love it. And the sleek modern design is beautiful. I couldn't be more impressed. Well worth the cost and not really any more expensive than the other styles.

machine makes strange noises and gives eror allways after one week to use it,want to know what's happining to my machine.did not wrighted to you because I had health condition...please let me know what I can do...?like this can not use my machine like this...need your help...

Machine parfaite!
J'adore cette machine. Elle est facile à utiliser, n'occupe pas beaucoup d'espace, chauffe rapidement, arrête et fait la pression automatiquement. Je l'ai essayé avec du htv, du Siser DTV et tout a bien fonctionné. Je n'ai rien à dire que du bien. Je la recommande.

Stecker passt nicht
Es ist leider keine Angabe das es sich um einen amerikanischen Stecker handelt bzw. wird nicht eine Angabe gemacht wie man die Maschine in Deutschland verwenden könnte. Würde diese Maschine nicht mehr kaufen aus diesem Grund. Auch auf Nachfrage wird nicht geantwortet. Wenn keine alternative Möglichkeit besteht werde ich sie zurückschicken müssen.
