These are amazing! I saw them on social media or in an article and had to give them a try. I’ve filled them up with paint and it allows me to quickly touch up any spots that need it. They were so easy to fill provided that you followed the instructions, and very easy to use.

First Impressions & Context I picked up these Slobproof refillable touch-up pens for an unconventional use: filling them with my white and black gesso to paint directly onto my 3D prints. If you are tired of tube acrylics and cleaning paintbrushes every few minutes, this tool is an absolute revelation. It has completely changed my priming workflow, and I honestly doubt I will ever go back to traditional brushes for base coating. Performance & Real-World Testing In practice, the gesso flows through the brush tip incredibly smoothly, providing a perfectly consistent coat across the model without any mess. The best part is the lack of clean-up; when you are finished, you just pop the cap back on and put it away. On the very first use, the pen feels exceptionally premium, and you can hear a distinct clicking sound as you twist the ratchet mechanism to feed the paint. However, there is one quirk when it comes to refilling them. To reset the pen, you have to manually force the internal ratchet mechanism back down, which snaps the tiny hook responsible for making that clicking sound. It is a slight shame, but it only affects the noise—the actual mechanism still functions perfectly for refill after refill! The Bottom Line These pens are fantastic, reusable tools that save an immense amount of time on hobby projects. Despite losing the clicking sound after the first refill, the sheer convenience, smooth flow, and mess-free storage make them a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their model painting.

I was skeptical whether these would work and I can say that I am ow happy I purchased. Easy to fill with paint and were great for fixing slight marks and paint chips on the walls. My only negative is that because the brush is OK quality I had to re apply a few times be careful to not end up with streaks.

This is such a simple but brilliant idea. I have recently refurbished my house top to bottom and I’m obsessed over every little flaw at the moment! I have bought two lots of these and have them close at hand to vanquish every blemish!

I bought these as wanted to use as touch up for painting- they are too fiddly to use and have given up trying to make them work

What an excellent idea I’ve used 2 different colours. The best is it keeps so can touch up without any mess.

These are brilliant, easy to use and clean. Handy to have in the drawer to pull out for a quick touch up.

N'oubliez pas d'identifier vos "seringues" de peinture avant de les ranger. Pour les touch-up en tout temps, c'est un gadget dont je ne veux plus me passer. Et oui, si les instructions sont suivies à la lettre, la peinture s'y conserve très longtemps.

These worked like a charm. Easy to use. Highly recommend for touch up’s. Will keep on hand from now on.

Great for touch ups and doesn’t dry out

The product works as it was described on the web site. It is a little messy to fill the tubes with paint, but it seems to work for the small touch-ups that I needed to make. Now that I am going to store the paint in those tubes until the next time I need to do touch-ups, we will see if the paint stays usable in the tubes for up to one year as stated in the product description. For now and unti,l I have to use those tubes again (the tubes with paint in them), I recommend the seller and the product.

It was very easy to fill these with paint! I haven't had to use it yet but it's super clean in my storage room.
