Ugh want made in the USA! **Q: how much does it weigh?** A: 7 lbs with the pestle added. **Q: Is this product the same size as the one shown in the Priority Chef video?** A: Yes, it is. This a large size item; this product is heavy and sturdy. Make sure to "season" the item first(takes about one hour of constant "seasoning" and I did mine by watching TV). You will get plenty of grit, but the end product is worth it. Make sure to season the pestle, too. The green silicone wrap( to grip the pestle) does work to remove the garlic hulls as the video on the website describes--a nice addition. **Q: Where is this manufactured?** A: Specs down on page says China ## Frequently Bought Together - PriorityChef Mortar and Pestle Set, Heavy Duty Natural Granite, Make Fresh Guacamole at Home, Solid Stone Grinder Bowl, Herb Crusher, Spice Grinder, 1.5 Cup Size, Unpolished Grey - Forgotten Home Apothecary : 250 Powerful Remedies at Your Fingertips --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/477267582-prioritychef-heavy-duty-natural-granite-small-mortar-and-pestle-set](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/477267582-prioritychef-heavy-duty-natural-granite-small-mortar-and-pestle-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
