Best Option instead of Pills!
My endocrinologist recommended I get my vitamin D through patches as I am awful at taking pills. I clean the area with alcohol, wait a few seconds to let it dry and then stick on the patch. It stays put until I take it off, without pulling or irritation. I don’t know how effective it is until my next lab work but if my levels improve, I’m going to get a subscription because this is easy.

My body didn't like the patch
Worked well for a few days. I changed patches daily. I moved my patch from my forearm to the inside of my arm to be more discrete, then I broke out in hives under the patch. I will move my next patch to my forearm and update my review. Update: I put the next patch on the front of my forearm and no more hives. I have determined that it may be best to place the patch on less delicate skin. Area under patch got a little itchy after 8-10 hours, and I removed the patch. I figured that was enough to get the dose anyways.
