Sol de Janeiro Beija Flor Elasti-Cream | Collagen Boosting Body Cream

I got this for my wife as part of her birthday present and she absolutely loved it. The packaging looks really nice and premium, so it already felt like a good gift before even opening it. She said the cream feels really smooth on the skin, absorbs well and leaves her skin feeling soft without feeling greasy afterwards. The scent was also a big positive as it smells strong enough to notice but not overpowering. From what she’s said after using it for a while, her skin has been feeling more hydrated and smoother overall. Additionally it’s a good size, and does last if used in moderation but The only slight downside is that it is definitely on the more expensive side for the amount you get, so it feels more like a treat product rather than something you would want to use heavily every day. Overall though, it went down really well as a gift and feels like a premium product.

Superb. I am over 40 (ssshhhh) lol! This is just amazing, especially on my neck and chest. Definitely notice a difference in appearance. Lovely lovely smell, absorbs great and makes your skin feel great.

The smell is very strong and floral but it actually visibly improved my skin. It’s very rich and thick so you have to really work to get it absorbed. Certainly worth the effort. Only con for me is the smell which is very sweet and very strong

A lovely, rich body cream, which really hydrates the skin. Quite expensive, but a little goes a long way. I love the subtle, clean fragrance. I can’t really comment on the collagen boosting because I haven’t yet got into the habit of using it on a regular basis, but my skin feels silky and smooth.

I’ve been using the Sol de Janeiro Beija Flor Elasti-Cream | Collagen Boosting Body Cream for a few months now, and overall, I really enjoy it. First, the scent. I absolutely love the fragrance when I first apply it it’s warm, slightly floral, and that signature Sol de Janeiro sweetness that feels luxurious and uplifting. It makes applying body cream feel like a little self-care ritual instead of just another step. Texture-wise, it’s lovely. The cream is rich but not heavy, and it absorbs surprisingly fast. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy or sticky, which is a big plus especially when I’m getting dressed right after. My skin feels soft, smooth, and well-hydrated. Now for the honest part: after the initial beautiful scent fades, there’s a slightly odd residual smell on my skin. It’s not strong or unbearable, but it’s noticeable and a bit different from the fresh scent you get at first application. That was a little disappointing because the opening fragrance is so good. As for the “collagen boosting” claims, I can’t say I’ve seen dramatic firming results yet, but my skin definitely feels moisturized and more supple. Overall, it’s a high-quality body cream with great texture and an addictive first impression scent just be aware that the dry-down might not be as perfect as the opening.

Love the smell of this! The texture is a little thick so you really do need to massage it into the skin, but that doesn't bother me. Yet to really notice or see any visible results but only been using it for a short time. It's now well and truly apart of my routine.

Love it! Great floral smell and super rich cream that is not greasy and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth

To start off this is a great moisturizer and I’m certain of its collagen boosting claims. I find the fragrance isn’t quite as strong as others in the SDJ range, but I think this would be a positive for many, my personal preference is maximalist so it’s slightly less fragranced than I expected. What you need to know is that this is a ‘melting cream’ so it doesn’t spread quite so easily and takes longer to absorb. This is perfectly okay because it is doing the job it claims. If your in a hurry to dress this might be a problem, you really need to wait 10min, SDJ have solutions if your in a rush, and the Badalada Water lotion “pink one” is amazing and extremely highly fragranced. Beija Flor should be considered as a treatment cream, and I’m using it on my upper arms and neck which are in need of an elastic boost. As a gift I’m not 100% sure, because it’s a cream to address a specific problem, even though the packaging is very giftable, I would opt for the 62. Or the Badalada lotions, which are surprisingly good and are a bit like body serums.

Adoro le creme corpo che lasciano la pelle morbida e profumata, e questa è davvero fantastica! La crema in sé è ricca e nutriente, pertanto la consiglierei più in autunno/inverno, d'estate preferisco consistenze più leggere. La profumazione è un floreale dolce, piuttosto intensa per essere una crema e sulla mia pelle è anche abbastanza persistente, quindi sicuramente dovete essere amanti di questo genere di profumi, altrimenti la sconsiglio

O sea huele muy bien y deja la piel suave, pero no la humecta a profundidad. Hay productos mucho mejores y mil veces más baratos.
