High quality and value for money
Tinned nicely. Feels high quality, like more famous brands. This brand comes in more convenient sizing for shorter runs in sprinter vans. They, of course, will sell bulk sizes too. They ship fast from their distribution center.

Great product and service
Very happy with my 6/3 marine cable. I used it to rewire my inverter with heavier gauge wire. It is top grade and has the highest heat ratings available for wire this size - 105C instead of 90C.

Stiff insulation, but otherwise great product.
The insulation on the wire is very stiff. It is hard to wire in my RV AC/DC electrical panel.

Just as described
Good quality product

Beefy
These wires are beefy and well insulated, stranded copper so can carry a load well.

Individual conductors too stiff to properly manage
I am a Certified Marine Electrician with over 20 years of experience. My market segment in the recreational boating market is the installation of electrical equipment and systems. I use UL 1426 Boat Cable in the size range from AWG 16 up to and including AWG 4/0. For the current project, I had only enough Pacer Marine AWG 6/3 cable (flat) to complete one of two runs and Pacer did not have any stock. I came to Amazon and found ”The Real Thing” and decided to purchase the round version. While my partner and I were pulling the cable for the 25’ run, we both commented that it felt like there was a lot of spring resisting present. I connected the Pacer flat AWG 6/3 conductors to a terminal block in a junction box with minimal difficulty. “The Real Thing” round cable individual conductors were extremely difficult to bend to fit into the junction box. On a scale of installation difficulty (0=easy, 10=impossible), the Pacer flat cable is a 2 and “The Real Thing” round cable is a 9. I will be terminating the other end at a panel board. Because the individual conductors are so stiff and unmanageable, I will have to terminate them on a terminal block behind the panel and then make jumpers from this terminal block to the line side of a circuit breaker and the safety ground bus. The tinned stranding of the conductors appears to be correct. I noted that the insulation was very, very hard to cut with a utility knife when preparing the ends for termination so I suspect that the insulation (black, white and green) of the individual conductors is the cause of the resistance to bending. This wire got me out of a production problem but I would not use it again.
