How long will it keep the coffee hot ?

If you put a cafetiere thermal jacket or cosy on it, the coffee will stay very hot for around 30 to 45 minutes depending on the quality of the jacket/cosy. Same principle as using a tea cosy. Without a thermal barrier to keep heat in, tea or coffee naturally cools down rather quickly when in a pot. :)
