**Q: What’s the expiry date**
A: 04 2020

**Q: Can an young adult use this product**
A: Centrum make a range of multivitamins for younger adults. The over 50 range is to give the correct amount of dosage for the over 50 age group which may vary from your needs.

**Q: Are these suitable for peri-menapausal women?**
A: It is just a complete multi vitamin,  if you are having symptoms you may need to other supplements with this! It did help with fatigue.

**Q: Can these be split in half to make them easier to swallow?**
A: I should think they could be split in half although I haven’t needed to. Something like a Stanley knife with a very sharp blade could manage it but you'd have to be very careful about your fingers and you’d need quite a lot of force. The tablets are hard.
