For the price, which I believe is kept down by the type of packaging, these supplements are pretty great. Not too large or foul-tasting, and I’m already seeing good results, only...don’t take them on an empty stomach! Normally, I don’t have this kind of problem with other pills, but I’ve been consistently sick when taking these, unless I have a very full stomach beforehand. I’ve resorted to taking them right after dinner, and now I don’t even notice any nausea, but taking them on an empty stomach, or even after a light breakfast, really didn’t agree with me for some reason, so make sure you eat first, just in case, as they’re actually some of the more effective supplements I’ve come across, and a great price.
