Pregnacare New Mums Post Natal Recovery Vitamins for new mums

These are great for postpartum After giving birth I was feeling really rough as you do ! I felt very flat and like I was missing nutrients due to obviously going through what a woman goes through during pregnancy and after birth plus breastfeeding. I've been taking these for 2 months now and I can report I feel better, I've got a bit more energy, my head is more clearer and I don't feel so weak anymore. Tablets are a bit big and have a taste for those who don't like big tablets. I would recommend these as a must to mothers to keep themselves fueled on nutrients that get sucked out of them🤣

Suffering with postpartum hair loss, but early to tell really but it seems to have slowed it down a bit and I’m feeling better during the day.

I got these for the Mrs. Our baby is now 5months old and mummy has been having trouble with hair loss for over a month now. We used the pregnacare vitamins while pregnant so we were keen to try these. You are meant to take with your main meal justs before or after. They are easy to swallow with liquids but they have a very strong taste and smell so orange juice or a strong flavoured juice is essential. These have lots of good nutrients and after a few weeks we are already seeing less hair breakage and also the Mrs feels more lively. Good quality and value. Recommended. These have genuinely been a game changer for me after baby No5. I started taking them after giving birth and personally felt they supported me during those demanding early months when I was trying to recover and function on very little sleep. I’m now six months postpartum and I’m still taking them, and will probably continue for a while longer. I like having a supplement specifically designed for the postnatal period rather than trying to put lots of different supplements together myself. For me, they’ve been one of my most worthwhile postnatal purchases and something I’ve been happy to keep repurchasing.

Loves these tablets. I am lacking in a few things so when I was pregnant I was worried. These really boosted me up. It gave me the energy I needed for myself as well as my unborn baby. They are expensive and I have found cheaper ones out there. But for someone like me who needs the correct amount and need to make sure it is actually working. This is a product you can really trust. Some tablets are big as I hare swallowing them, wish they could be smaller but other than that they are great.
