These are great for postpartum After giving birth I was feeling really rough as you do ! I felt very flat and like I was missing nutrients due to obviously going through what a woman goes through during pregnancy and after birth plus breastfeeding. I've been taking these for 2 months now and I can report I feel better, I've got a bit more energy, my head is more clearer and I don't feel so weak anymore. Great multivitamins containing everything you need to support breastfeeding. However, taking three tablets a day does feel like quite a lot. The packets clearly label the days of the week, making it easy to tell whether you’ve taken that day’s tablets and stay on track. I haven’t experienced any side effects. One packet lasts a month
