Well made. Good design.
Off to homestead in Tennessee. These fit nicely with quality clip straps. I especially like two things- 1- The flap that drops over the laces without requiring another strap underneath. 2. The removable knee pad for taller and more secure protection fitting. And the material feels well made. I expect them to stand up to about any rural Tennessee homesteading critters I encounter.

Shins
Great protection for weedeating fields, haven't had a snake try it yet but the rocks that used to hit my shins are no more. Even star thistle snd thorns are no longer painful. They fit around any boot or shoe I wear.

One strap broke within the first couple of days, but I used these daily for 2 months to protect from snakes in the South African bush. Luckily never had to test whether they actually protect from a snake bite, but they seem heavy duty enough

Buckle is sewn on backwards.
One gaiter has the buckle sewn on backwards. It is the one that goes under the boot. No good, a serious tripping hazard. I would return but threw away the packaging before my trip. Amazon is selling seconds, it seems, but for the full price.
