Biotin 5000mcg

The flavour is ok, not great but pleasant enough for a supplement. I have had breakouts from biotin in the past and they are always from pill doses that are very high. The great thing about this one is you can tailor it to your individual circumstances by reducing the number of the drops. The package recommends 15 drops which is 5mg but this is too much. The recommended dosage per day for an adult should not be over 2.5mg. B7 (biotin) and B5 (pantothenic acid) are what help with the regulation of the surface layer of the skin and give you great glowing skin and hair. But they compete in the gut for absorption. So if you take a mega dose of one you will affect the absorption of the other. Hence when you take a large dose of biotin some people start to get acne breakouts as they become B5 deficient, because their gut can no longer absorb it. The surface of your skin is now more prone to breakouts (not everyone is affected, mind) as they compete for absorption. Therefore you should not take more than 2.5mg a day, or 7 drops.

I absolutely love this product. I brought this a couple months ago and omg it has made such a difference to my hair. It has grown so much in such a short space of time. With just one drop of the tongue, it is the best biotin in liquid form to absorb so easily. Not only did it make my hair grow but it also strengthens your nails. My hair is so silky and smooth it is well worth the money and time. Results won’t be instant but once you notice the results it’s hard not too keep looking

This is a well conceived form of biotin. It tastes good, is easy to take and because it is a liquid, easily absorbed. The big question is its effectiveness and indeed the effectiveness of Biotin in respect of hair / nail condition and growth. I have taken this supplement over many months to help with weak nails and thinning hair. There is no notable difference. I probably will continue for another couple of months before closing the door on this one.

So after heavily bleaching my hair, repeatedly I ended up losing just below the shoulders up to a bob. I was looking for something to help me with the growth and acceleration of growth. After trawling the internet, I found out a combination of vitamins would help, but liquid biotin would be the best form to help. I bought this after reading all the reviews, and figured what did I have to lose. The left hand picture is 18/2/2020 the second was taken today 28/2/2020. I firmly believe the vitamins and this liquid biotin are helping me with not just growth, but over all condition of my hair, I have found with liquid biotin that you need to drink a minimum of 2lts of water a day, or I get spot break outs. Tastes abit weird not over powering, but not the most amazing either. Over all i am very impressed, and will be rebuying as I need too.

I purchased this to help with the condition and growth of my natural afro carribean hair.firstly let me say i was using the tablet form and had noticed my hair thickening slightly after a few weeks. I switched to the liquid as i know it absorbs better in the body.BUT i found after a few dqys i was tired and juat generally felt very unwell.i stopped taking it and a few days later felt better.i since learned that when taking biotin especially in a liquid form its common for.some to feel unwell, and so is getting out breaks or spots on your skin. Its very impotant that you increase your water intake when taking biotin to counteract any side effects such as nausea etc. If you are going to purchase this please be aware that it can have side effects, and do not exceed the stated dose.and be careful if you are taking any other supplements that they dont contain biotin as well. I didnt take this long enough to see any results and have gone back to.the tablets..it has a taste but can be fairly well disguised in juices.

I’ve found a significant difference in my skin, looks much healthier and gives a “pregnancy glow” without the luggage. Many people claim to break out or get rashes, etc. But as someone with acne prone skin my acne has not flared up since. I often wear acrylic nails which makes them brittle and flaky, I find that they are a lot stronger. I have not found them to get longer though so no need for quick infills which is convenient for me. My hair has a healthy sheen and my hair is more volumous, it also looks longer but I haven’t taken measurements. I am very consistent and take it at 10pm every night. Overall am very pleased with this product and will be purchasing again.

This genuinely works !! I've been using this for about six months now to grow my type 4 hair and the results have been a lot more successful than before I was using the product. I remember within the first 2 weeks of using it, my hair had already grown about 1 inch (granted, the reason for that is probably because I wasn't getting enough nutrients in the first place) so the biotin really gave me a boost but I suppose if you don't have that issue it may not give you the same results. The taste isn't the greatest, a bit too sweet for me but it's nothing I can't look past. Overall it's just a really great product and it's worth the money, I'm very satisfied and will definitely keep purchasing.

Doesn't have too bad a taste, but mine has lasted a lot longer than stated. I only started taking a few drops at the beginning because I didn't want the spots, and so far so good. I guess the only change I can see is the length, it's not growing exceptionally fast but it is growing. Also in regards to shedding, I feel that my hair shed slightly less, but it's all dependent on how often I wash and detangle my hair. (I have curly 4b hair) The major thing for me is that I upkeep my routine and the LOC method. That helps my hair grow more.

This thing works!!! I know a lot of people are skeptical of this product like myself but I can guarantee you it will work. The first thing I noticed was my nails, within 2 weeks it started sprouting; strong, long and tough. One month later I achieved maximum length like shown in my picture. The next thing was my hair. I had my step niece cut my hair and as you can see that was a big mistake lol, but with taking biotin for about a month it greatly grew! I had to shape it up a bit since there is still some unevenness, but for the most part it grew long, thick and filled the empty part that was so see through before! I will say it works better than the biotin pills and taste like vanilla. One tip DRINK LOADS OF WATER! I have heard of people breaking out, I didn't have any issues taking into consideration that I have PCOS. I definitely added this to a bottle of water just to be on the safe side everytime I took it or added it to my smoothies. I'm totally going to order another one!

First off, the price is a bit high. I wish it was cheaper. As for the product itself, I am happy I decided to try liquid biotin. Last time I tried biotin in this strength was 8 years ago in the pill form and it broke me out terribly- I had to go see a dermatologist. I am glad this hasn’t done that but it also could be the way I gradually introduced it into my body. Its been a month and I haven’t seen any observable difference in my nails but the hair on my body especially my eyebrows are growing like crazy. I have also noticed that my eyelashes have been growing which is a huge plus for me and I naturally have shirt and sparse eyelashes which were made worse by extensions. As for my hair, I have my own hair care routine going on so I can’t say the grow in my hair is as a result of this or what I was already doing

Came on time cannot wait to use. I will add an update before and after pictures ! Heard a lot and seen a lot of reviews on this product can’t wait to try it out. Edit: I started using this product the week after I ordered so I could start on a fresh Monday within the first week my nails where growing like crazy. I also notice after a month of using the product my hair was growing faster and thicker literally. BUT LET ME WARN YOU this product says “healthy hair” which does not specify where the “healthy hair” will grow! Chile, I started growing hair fast EVERYWHERE underarms, legs, private parts, hunny everywhere to the poin where shaving everyday is necessary! But I also noticed clearer skin I WILL ALSO WARM YOU drink as much water as you can or you are going to be sure to break out. This product is vegan friendly! Which really got me being that I am a vegan girl myself. I’ll show you my growth results and no ma’am I am not getting paid for this review I am telling nothing but truth. Also I had stopped using this product for the simple fact that I was growing hair in other places too fast but I have since then restarted taking the vitamins. Tastes like vanilla extract literally and smells like it too leaves a small after taste but chew some gum it goes away! I say it’s worth the $18

Easy to take, you get a good amount, and the vanilla flavour is yummy.

I believe these work they didn’t break me out as much as the pills added it to morning smoothies.
