I am not sure what you mean. Is there something in the screw socket or on the thread of the iightbulb? First making sure you have unplugged the light run your finger around the socket, or if it is obvious pull out whatever is blocking the socket. If simple checks fail take a photograph of the socket and send to the supplier for their advice.
