I haven't tried it on chicken as yet but it transformed some rather plain pork belly strips into the most adorable spare ribs (but without the bones). I have been marinading in the fridge over-night in some foil-backed polythene BBQ bags, and then freezing them. When needed, it's then just a case of defrosting them and placing the bags straight onto the BBQ for grilling. Highly recommended for that Chinese takeaway spare rib and roast pork flavour. Product was fine to the end whilst kept in original packing. Avoid any dampness! **Q: Is this glaze a powder and if so how do you use it?** A: Yes it is a powder you sprinkle over your food and leave to marinade for at least an hour. I find if you put your food in a bag or container and cover with a table spoon of glaze and shake and leave for the hour it works best. **Q: Is this powder like the red bbq sauces that you can get from Chinese takeaweays.
