This is a good little product. Notice the word little... If you're in a carpentry shop then maybe something a little more robust might suit you better. It also does exactly as it says it will. It does get hot, and it does stick. That means that if you get it on your fingers, it will burn and will take your skin off. That's the bad news. The good news is you will only ever do it once. It also gets through the glue pretty fast too. So if you feel you will be using it often, you will need to keep a supply of spare glue sticks on hand. Keep your wits about you when you're using it and you will be fine. As this is made in Taiwan rather than China it looks as if it will stand the test of time. All in all, worth the investment for smaller jobs.

Good glue gun for the price. As I only need it to glue small pieces, glue last ages (55pk) and it works well and dries quickly. Glue is stringy but just remove it with tissue, clean nozzle after you finished and pull glue out of the nozzle so it doesn't dry inside and it's good as new. Stand is kind of pointless as the gun is really light and the wires are tangled at first, so it just falls over but just lean it on something. Overall for the price, it's a great glue gun.

This glue gun is my first, so have nothing to compare it with. For my purposes, which is home-crafts mainly for kids projects, it is great. Have glued cardboard, felt, lightweight wood - all with great success. It is super easy to use. The cord gets in the way a little when using the stand, but otherwise can't fault it. Goes through glue fairly quickly, but excellent to have the spare pack of glue sticks so that it is ready to use on arrival. Would definitely buy again.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and with the glue sticks as specified. It's a great, handy little hot glue gun that heats well and is super simple to use, though the front does get quite hot after a while so mind your fingers. The cable is a little on the short side too, so have an extension lead ready. And, as with any glue gun, invest in a heatproof mat.

Great value glue gun which is quite tiny but perfect for my small hands. Nice and lightweight. Super sticky glue but it can get quite hot after a while so I recommend unplugging every now and then.It could do with an on and off switch really but still a great little gadget. I love this! Plenty of glue sticks to keep you going, Heats up quickly for ease of use, and cools down just as fast. My first project was using it to glue buttons on a lampshade for a decorative effect. Turned out quite pretty and nothing is going to shift those buttons now! Very, very sticky. (If you glue buttons, keep your fingers out of the way - the amount of times I said "ouch!!" as the glue seeped through the holes!) The glue does get fairly hot, so use with care.

Nice small glue gun. There are a lot of glue sticks that come with this. But then again they do run out pretty quickly. The gun works perfectly fine and is really good. But I found that the stand is useless. This is because the wire is really small. Really not as big as I thought.

So easy to use and well worth the money I paid, only thing I would say is to stay clear of the screw-head near to the trigger as that does get very hot. Not sure if that is a manufacturing fault, but I would put it as one as it will burn your finger. Other than that, this works very well. Maybe a pair of heat gloves would do the trick for using as I have done.
