And after a while you realise you've got stronger wrist and you don't use any cause this has been not only decreasing the pain but to keep the muscles together and strength them. **Q: How long are they?** A: they are about 12 inches long and fit nice and tight **Q: Would these be suitable to use for escrima stick training, or would the fabric/thumb loops get in the way?** A: The loop that goes around your thumb is only to hold them in place until you get them around your wrists then you if you want you can take the loop of your thumb I use them for weight training first class job for the price. **Q: Are these suitable for women with small hands?** A: They'll be better for smaller hands and wrist. The fact i'm buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i'm about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review. So there's not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already. In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they're cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to.
