Replaced the broken bearings on my Dolphin Nautilus pool robot from 2016. I have had this robot for about 7.5yrs and it began struggling moving. The guide wheels seem of decent quality and fit perfectly with a pretty simple install. For the cost it does seem like this is a great value for the money spent and time will tell if they have the durability of the original parts.

I recently purchased the Guide Wheels 4 Pack with 2 Pack Pulley Gears Replacement Parts (3884997-R6), and I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Right out of the box, these fell apart with ball bearings going everywhere. I had no choice but to return them. However, I will commend the seller for making the return process hassle-free. When I received the package, I was initially hopeful that these replacement parts would solve the issue I was having with my pool robot. Gears were no better; they seemed fragile and lacked the durability required for proper functioning. The most frustrating part of this experience was that these parts fell apart almost immediately after I took them out of the box. It was clear that they were not even remotely suitable for the purpose they were designed for. This left me feeling like I had wasted both time and money on a product that simply couldn't meet its basic expectations. However, I must give credit where it's due. The one redeeming aspect of this ordeal was the hassle-free return process. The seller promptly accepted the return without any issues, and I received a refund without delay. It was a relief to encounter good customer service in the midst of such a disappointing product experience.

Parts were a perfect fit to replace the worn out ones on my Nautilus CC Plus. Unit works like it did when brand new.
