I keep the car next to a tree so it can get pretty dirty as well. I wash the car every couple of weeks with the pressure washer, then every fourth week I'll thoroughly clean it and reapply this liquid wax. So I'd say about a month realistically isn't out of the question which is good for a spray on wax. You get good beading without using a lot. Three sprays per panel, work it in with a microfibre towel and then wipe again with a dry microfibre towel and you're good to go for another month. **Q: Can You use it on plastic** A: Only as long as the plastic is flat and smooth with no embossed or contoured indentation print **Q: I use meguiars waterless shine as i don't have access to hose pipe can i use quick wax on top of waterless shine ???** A: Yes I have used after showroom shine waterless and good results gives a better finish **Q: can this be applied to black rims?** A: It's effective in assisting with the removal of brake dust from my silver mag rims and it's colourless so I don't see why it would be any problem for black mags. It's awesome on the cars. Suggest you try it on a small area of your black mags if you are concerned. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 October 2023* I've been using this product for many years, and theres good reason for that. It's easy to apply, takes no time at all, and it does a fantastic job of protecting the paint and making the car gleam! Mine is black, but has a subtle metallic, so on close inspection you will also see blues and gold, but this is not discernible from a distance. Once this product is used you will see the colours in good light. It makes the clear coat gleam and helps reveal the paints true colours.Wet protection is also incredibly impressive. The rain just beads off. I've included pics that show the car after a drive in the rain and as you can see the rain is forming into droplets and not soaking into the paint. This keeps the car looking clean and tidy even in the wettest conditions. It's really mesmerising to look at when parked outside in the rain and you can watch the water trickle away in streams.Just as a side, I read that this product was not to be used on glass, but I apply it to my windows regardless and it has the same effect as on the paint. It buffs off easily without trace and again the water beads away. I even apply it to the windscreen which some will say is a definite no-no, but as long as you buff it off correctly with a very clean microfiber, its absolutely fine. My windscreen has never been so clean.All in all, I rate this 10/10. Perhaps a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for and it lasts a long long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Goes on easy, even in the sun, looks great and repels water well. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 June 2018* Really good stuff, I prefer this to the gold wax. This one seems to have more hydrophobic effect and lasts longer in my opinion. Combine this with a good shampoo and it looks sweet. Best thing is it specifically says it can be applied in direct sunlight which is great for me. I've tried it and it works when it's really hot out, goes on without issue no matter the weather. there's definitely a noticeable shine with this stuff on. The combination of easy of use and depth of shine is really hard to beat, even when compared to many of the other popular big brand names. Overspray on plastic trim leaves no staining and I use it all over without issue.
