I bought Maca capsules first time about a year ago, from another supplier. For the first week or two I did take higher doses, higher than recommended. Then I continued with I think recommended dose. I finished the whole package. I didnt get my period for 6 months. It was the first time something like that was happening to me. For sure it was Maca. During that time I was also training like crazy in the gym and got pretty lean. Then I (consciously or not) started eating more just to get things to normal again, because I really wanted to get my period again.Anyway, now I purchased it again. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now, 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast (that's half of the recommended dose). I generally think it's a good thing, especially since I'm going to the gym and running in the morning. I hope this time everything goes well. I do feel good with it, I'm active the whole day, I have no complaints. I'm taking it now together with probiotic, prebiotic and green tea extract. I feel my appetite has decreased substantially. But, of course, be careful with anything that affects your hormones, learn on my mistake.

Seem to work well for me. (I have to pull the capsules apart and put the powder in my food, as they are too big for me to swallow, the taste is not nice, but also not terrible)

I've been taking these for a month now.. I don't feel any different. Unless I was dying and by a cosmological coincidence I bought these vitamins just at the right time to stop me from dying, In which case they worked great.

Bought the lower dosage capsules previously and worked well. This time I went with the higher dosage and no results. Disappointed!

I used this product for long time, and, I can say is wonderful. I have more, more energy now. I am 54 years old, I quit smoking last year, and, I filling now much better. This product contains a very healthy substances, Maca, L Arginine, Vitamin C and B, Zinc. And, this price, this is bargain for money, 240 capsules. Love me arginine and came across this lot ……gives a nice boost of energy and after 7 days or so ……hits the blood flow down below and let’s just say …..leaves ya ready to go anywhere anytime anyplace lol rock ;-)
