Nice book, good quality & content clear. Being a paper book, not the kind of book you can prop up & consult as you go. I've got no excuse now!

This is an amazing book on how to make dim sums at home for those who love authentic cooking. Got myself and sis one because we both love eating dim sum. The book is hardcover and small which is great for picking up anywhere around the house. It takes up very little room on the work surface. I love the pictures and instructions in the book and that it is hardback.

If you love real Chinese food and especially dim sum you will find this book fabulous. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. You need to buy the book and try, what else can I say. Happy cooking.

Bought this with my first bamboo steamer and it had great recipes for starting out. Would highly recommend.

Good book, but it is paper and it was raining when it was left out in the road.

I've tried a few of the recipes in this book and worked so far. They're not all basic recipes some require a little more effort but worth while.

This is an overall great product. However there is an issue. On the page for xiao long bao Terry says that xiao long bao means little dragon dumpling. It doesn't and actually means little steamer dumpling but in simplified chinese characters it can be misread. Also xiao long bao are soup dumplings and the xiao long bao in the book is not at all soupy
