Love it as do the birds

Beautiful to look at but YOU CANNOT USE IT. 5 of us, intelligent adults I like to think, each had a go but every time you fill it, seed falls out, ridiculous! Instructions just say 'fill up, turn over' - lies!! Doesn't work, bad design, sent it back

Looks wonderful but doesn’t keep the sunflower hearts as dry as I wanted. The hanging cable is very long.

Looked ok but unfortunately something has nibbled away at the black rubber base (squirrel?) and the peanuts just fall straight out. Lasted a week...

Almost impossible to fill up single handed as you have to flip the feeder 180 degrees while keeping the hanging wire under tension. Once you've managed that the seed doesn't stay in if the feeder moves more than a little bit. If it's windy or if a squirrel attacks then the seed will just pour out.The hanging wire is too long for most uses and can't easily be shortened. It also lacks any kind of seal to stop rainwater running along it into the feeder so your seed will be ruined in the feeder.It looks beautiful out of the box but that's where the attraction ends. It's potentially a great concept but incredibly poorly executed, don't waste your money.

The glass does not seem to fit very well on to the silicone, it separates quite easily. we have hung it on the tree branch and all good so far but we feel it will separate once a bird lands on it. Have you had issues with this before.

Looks good, bought 2 but immediately eaten by squirrels round the base so now useless. Manufacturers not helpful with replacement parts. Very disappointed.

Looks great not so sure how the silicon base will last with the squirrels that regularly visit but so far so good
