This chime is tuned to the inspiring tones heard in the opening measures of Amazing Grace, one of the world's best loved and most widely known hymns. The lyrics were written by Englishman John Newton in the late 18th century. As a young man on board a merchant ship, Newton underwent a spiritual awakening while caught in a deadly storm at sea. This was the beginning of a journey that would lead the one-time slave trader to become a vocal abolitionist, and transform a man without conviction into one of unshakable faith. Newton's message of hope and redemption from over 200 years ago resonates with the same power today in our Amazing Grace Chime 'Tis grace has brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. -John Newton Removable windcatcher for easy customisation. This chime carries a lifetime tuning guarantee In 1979, GRAMMY Award-winning musician and instrument designer Garry Kvistad created the first Woodstock Chime from an aluminium lawn chair he found in a landfill. Fascinated by the Scale of Olympos, a 7th century pentatonic scale that can’t be played on a modern piano, Garry cut and tuned the lawn chair tubes to the exact frequency of the ancient scale. The resulting Chimes of Olympos was the first Woodstock Chime and is still one of our best selling, musically tuned wind chimes. Garry and his wife Diane founded Woodstock Chimes in 1979 and still develop the chimes today. It remains a family-owned business in New York’s Hudson Valley Box Contains 1 x Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime ## Features - Tuned to the opening notes of Amazing Grace, a beloved and widely known hymn - Length: 25'' Overall chime length is measured from top to bottom - Removable windcatcher for easy customisation - Woodstock Chimes - The World's Favourite Windchime ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00026W5UK | | Best Sellers Rank | 69,626 in Garden ( See Top 100 in Garden ) 309 in Wind Chimes | | Brand Name | Woodstock Chimes | | Colour | Dark Wood | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (8,841) | | Finish Type | Silver | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00028375092413 | | Included Components | 1 Set of Wind Chimes | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 61L x 15.2W x 15.2H centimetres | | Item Length | 26 Inches | | Item Type Name | Outdoor Decor for Garden, Patio, Porch, Memorial and Sympathy Gifts | | Item Weight | 635 g | | Manufacturer | Woodstock Percussion Inc. | | Manufacturer Part Number | AGMS | | Material Type | Ash Wood Aluminum | | Model Name | Amazing Grace Chime Silver Medium (24") | | Model Number | AGMS | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Occasion | Anniversary, Birthday, Congratulations, Sympathy, Thank You | | Sound Profile | Melodic and Harmonious with Warm Tones | | Special Features | Easy to Install | | Style Name | Chime | | Theme | Garden Decor | | UPC | 028375092413 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Woodstock Chimes - **Colour:** Dark Wood - **Material:** Ash Wood Aluminum - **Special feature:** Easy to Install - **Style:** Chime ## Images ![Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime - Dark Wood - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61NeLlDiBbL.jpg) ![Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime - Dark Wood - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31IJYraEmML.jpg) ![Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime - Dark Wood - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/517V+0q6hRL.jpg) ![Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime - Dark Wood - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/516Knrq9YyL.jpg) ![Woodstock Medium Amazing Grace Chime - Dark Wood - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41XUBBAPMoL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Woodstock Chimes Amazing Grace Wind Chime for Outside 24" Medium Silver,Outdoor Decor for Patio, Porch, Garden, Memorial Gift for Loved Ones AGMS - Lainin 2-Pack Smooth Spinning Swivel Clips Hanging Hooks for Wind Chime Mobile Spinner Hangers Crystal Twister Rotating Display S Hooks(3.2 inches Long) - Woodstock Chimes Amazing Grace Wind Chime for Outside 16" Small Silver, Outdoor Decor for Patio, Porch, Garden, Memorial Gift for Loved Ones AGSS --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/47922428-woodstock-medium-amazing-grace-chime-dark-wood](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/47922428-woodstock-medium-amazing-grace-chime-dark-wood) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
