This is the best Vanila Extract. Not only do I use this product for baking but the best use of this product is for toothache. I always have one bottle in the house for this purpose. I have searched high and low none can match this product. I have been buying Nielsen Massey Pure Vanilla Extract for the last 15 years. NOTHING adverse to write about NO complain, fully satisfied. Vanilla comes out of a pod and is not in a liquid form the company has to manufacture with ingredients that can make into a liquid form. Hope this answers your question.

Yes, because it’s pure concentrated vanilla extract so it’s very strong and only a small amount is needed. It still has carbs in it but not very much (apparently 13g net carbs per 100g, so 0.65g per teaspoon.) so if it fits your macros, it is totally fine to use in Keto cooking and baking.
